Amazing staff, delicious food, easy access to highway and tram, free parking, pet-friendly, secure car park.

A typical seminar hotel, but certainly suitable for overnight stays on holiday. . Very clean, friendly staff and good food.

The hotel is like, a super quick drive away from the 24-Hour Race track, where we saw some sick racing action. And guess what? It's also just a 15-minute drive to the coolest party spots in Le Mans City Centre. We had the best time chillin' with our friends and exploring the city without worrying about traffic. Plus, the free parking made it super convenient for us to bring our own wheels. #roadtripgoals

But yo, the only thing that would have made our stay even more epic is if there was a pool at the hotel. I mean, after a long day of partying and checking out the race track, we were craving a refreshing dip.

I did say to staff that the the English breakfast was poor.luke warm water for tea and terrible scrambled eggs( green) and baked beans. Better not to bother and charge a lesser rate or have included in the room price.

The staff were distant and offhand. When we arrived late at night the two people on duty continued a conversation they were having whilst we waited. At breakfast the manager pounced to ask our room number, and then ignored us. It was more like a cheap motel than an hotel

If I had to ask for one thing, it would be a more vibrant and lively atmosphere for young party-going people. While the hotel is great for its proximity to the race track, it could be even more exciting with some fun activities or events for us young folks.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the location was convenient, as it was very close to the AutoRoute, making it easy for us to reach our destination. the room was spacious and comfortable, providing us with a great night's sleep. the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met. the breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the beautiful view from our room, which added to the overall experience.

we were able to find alternative dining options nearby, so it didn't really affect our overall enjoyment of the hotel.

We loved the ample breakfast selection and the excellent location near the tram. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, even with the language barrier. The evening meal was delicious and the hotel facilities were top-notch.

We recently stayed at a hotel near the university tram, which was a great location for us as we were attending a conference there. the restaurant on-site was a real highlight, with delicious meals that we could enjoy straight after a long day of sessions. the room was comfortable and clean, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. It was also convenient to have a tram that could take us into town and to the MotoGP event. it was a perfect stopover while on our route.

Clean rooms - friendly staff - easy access to main road links. Close to tram stop and supermarket - making it convenient to explore the area and grab a drink. The breakfast at Restaurant Seminaires La Foresterie was excellent, and the hotel is a great choice for visiting during the motogp weekend.
